Northville – Nora C. Groff, 73, of Northville passed away on March 2, 2023, surrounded by her loving family after a 20-year battle with Huntington’s Disease. She was born in Gloversville on June 1, 1949, to Truman and Shirley Frasier and graduated from Broadalbin High School in 1967. She married James Groff, of Northville, on Oct. 10, 1970, and enjoyed over 52 years of marriage.
Nora was predeceased by her parents and brother Scott Frasier. She is survived by her loving husband James Groff of Northville, daughters; Jennifer Groff (Dave) of Johnstown, Jessica Barr (Brett) of Cobleskill, and Jamie Groff Dickinson of Northville as well as her brother Truman Frasier (Barbara). She is also survived by five grandchildren, Connor, Elijah, Elena, Ashtyn, and Harper.
Other survivors include many nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws.
A celebration of her life will be held on March 11, 2023, at the Timeless Tavern, Northville, NY from 1-4 p.m. Family and friends are welcome to stop in at their leisure.
