Mayfield – Kay Van Nostrand, 75, of Mayfield NY. having spent the day surrounded by loved ones, passed away peacefully in her sleep, Tuesday, May 17 at NLH. Loving, beautiful mother, grandmother, great grandmother and little doggie mama. She enjoyed gardening and watching birds at her feeder. Dearly loved by her family and friends.
