Johnstown – Carmen R. (Pozo) Dutcher, 70, of Johnstown passed away May 30, 2023, at Nathan Littauer Hospital with her loving family by her side. Born in the Bronx, NY; on August 11, 1952.
Survived by her loving husband of 35 years Dewaine K. Dutcher of Johnstown, her daughters Lisa Flowers of Virginia, and Yvonne Gracesqui of Florida. Also, by her grandchildren whom she adored Brian Flowers of Virginia, and Johnney Rodriquez of Florida, and by several nieces and nephews.
During her lifetime Carmen worked for St. Mary’s Hospital and for Coleco in Amsterdam. She was also a Nurse’s Aide for many nursing homes in the area. Carmen enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, and she enjoyed cooking and taking her many vacations to Maine to the beach with her husband Dewaine.
Per Carmen’s wishes there will be no services at this time.
Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Walrath & Stewart Funeral Home, 51 Fremont Street, Gloversville, NY 12078.
In lieu of flowers contributions in memory of Carmen can be made to the American Kidney Fund, 11921 Rockville Pike, Suite 300, Rockville, MD 20852.
