Mayfield – Andrew J. Allen, age 26, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday July 12, 2023 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina while on vacation.
Andrew was born on June 30, 1997 in Gloversville, NY. He graduated from Gloversville High School. He worked for The Arc Lexington at the time of his passing. Andrew always had a smile on his face that would light up the room. He will be missed by all whom had the pleasure of knowing him.
He is survived by his mother Tina Avery-Knapp(Edward),his father Keith Allen (Serena), his brothers
Nakeya Avery and Marcus Allen (Breaunna), his sisters Aliyah Allen(Grant), Madelyn Avery and Sophia Knapp, his grandfather Wilbert Allen, several aunts, uncles, and cousins along with a niece and four nephews.
He was pre deceased by his grandparents Ronald Clafin, June Clafin, Terrell Allen and step brother Charles Knapp.
Calling hours for the friends and family will be held on Monday July 24, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the A.G. Cole Funeral Home Inc., 215 Main St., Johnstown NY.
