Johnstown – We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Amy (Amanda) Chubbuck born on May 13, 1980. She died in a motorcycle accident on July 30th.
Amy was an amazing, loving, family person. She leaves behind 3 children, Bradley Chubbuck, Ethan Jorgensen, and Ariana Williams. She also leaves behind her loving parents, Tessie and Brent Hallenbeck and Reggie Knapp and 3 siblings, Che(Dave), Jarrod(Evanjelina), and Darci(Scott). She was close to many, her Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
She was employed at Liberty ARC for many years. Liberty was an extension of her family. She was also recently employed at Building Blocks Child Care where she enjoyed spending time with the children. She enjoyed spoiling her 4 cats at home with her children.
There will be no funeral services. We will be holding a Celebration of Life on August 11th from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Gloversville Moose. She loved everyone, so we hope you come to share stories of her life!
