A story published Jan. 29 said the Montgomery County Legislature tabled a proposed law to improve animal-cruelty prevention
From what I gather, some people have chewed on this issue for more than a year (which is unbelievable).
Do you not realize how important animals are to all of us, including those being trained to come to our aid when we cannot see, have seizures, etc.?
May God forgive you for your inability to have mercy, not only for the service animals but for all animals who can give us joy, warmth and companionship.
This issue should not be a question, but a fact.
I believe that if a person can be cruel to an animal, that person can be dangerous to humans.
