I attended a play at Mayfield High School on April 9. Children from grade school and the high school participated in “The Sound of Music.”
It was with much delight to enjoy a story about a true family. The cast and crew were so professional; High marks for the whole team.
I also told a couple of the girls that I knew that I actually got to meet the real Maria Von Trapp back in the 1980s at Auriesville shrine.
Mayfield deserves an Oscar for their participation. God bless them all.
