This is written to speak to the woman who found my brother’s wallet with a good deal of money in it in the parking lot at McDonald’s. You took it into the restaurant, walked past my brother who was breathing with help from a portable oxygen tank, entered the ladies room, took the money, (his birthday dollars), tossed the wallet into the trash and left.
There are cameras everywhere now and it’s possible you are photographed.
