In this time of great peril, it would be well to remember the words of George Santayana: “Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.”
A policy of appeasement did not dissuade Hitler from starting the second World War and I doubt appeasement will dissuade Kim Jong-un from bringing the world to the brink of war again. Sooner or later he must be stopped.
