Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons defeated Johnstown 25-10, 25-22, 25-22 in a non-league girls’ volleyball matchup. ND-BG was led by Julia Jaworoski’s 14 service points, four aces and eight kills. Julia Dobkowski had 12 service points and 12 digs, while Tatum Liverio had 19 assists. Alanah Kelly added six kills and four aces for ND-BG, and Rylee Van Auken had eight service points. Johnstown’s Abbigail Lewis tallied 13 digs and six kills, while Alandra Oddy had 15 digs and five kills. Daphne McGunn had six digs and five assists for Johnstown.
Loudonville Christian defeated Middleburgh, 25-22, 26-24, 26-24. Payton Yung had eight kills, 10 digs and three aces for Middleburgh. Kaelynn Wright had six aces and Lillian Kennedy added 13 assists and a block.
Averill Park defeated Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk in three sets, 25-13, 25-14, 25-21.Cam Daly led Averill Park with 10 kills and 11 digs. McKenna Pelech added seven kills and 11 assists, and Hannah Daley had 17 assists and two aces.
