FFCS boys win, girls lose bowling match

JOHNSTOWN – Robert O’Kosky rolled a 236 high game and a 552 series, leading the Fonda-Fultonville bowling team to a 23-9 Colonial Council win over Cobleskill-Richmondville on Thursday at Perry Lanes.

Nick Battisti added a 203-530 for the Braves, who won the total pin count 2,862-2,561. Jesse Hayes had a 199-474.

Jacob Searles led the Bulldogs with a 171-470 and James Gravina had a 167-443. Tim McFarland rolled a 163-410.

GIRLS

Cobleskill-Richmondville 21, Fonda-Fultonville 11

Kelly Green rolled a 181-424 as the Lady Bulldogs won the girls’ match.

Madelyn Badger had a 155-411 as Cobleskill-Richmondville won the total pin count 2,166-1,994.

Samantha Sweet led the Lady Braves with a 186-443 and Meghan Foy had a 158-408. Pamela Congdon had a 111-290.
