H.S. Bowling Roundup: Ravena defeats FFCS

JOHNSTOWN – Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk posted a pair of wins over Fonda-Fultonville in a Colonial Council bowling match at Perry Lanes on Tuesday.

In the boys match, the Indians posted a 23-9 victory over the Braves.

Dylan Keyer posted a 247-570 to lead Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk, while Brandon Williams added a 203-570. Nick Bush added a 190-527 for the Indians, while Josh Galusha rolled a 176-500.

Rob O’Kosky posted a 198-543 to lead FFCS, while Lucas Squadrito added a 205-517.

Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk won the girls match 32-0.

Micaela Bullis posted a 664 series with games of 215, 233 and 216 for the Lady Indians.

Melanie Schmitt and Amanda Persico each posted 521 series for Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk.

Guilyan O’Kosky rolled a 170-480 to lead Fonda-Fultonville, while Sam Sweet added a 156-445.

Broadalbin-Perth 2, South Glens Falls 2

AMSTERDAM – Chris Smith posted a 222-594 to held Broadalbin-Perth to a 2-2 tie with South Glens Falls in a Foothills Council bowling match at Kelly’s Imperial Bowling Center on Monday.

Cody Husek rolled a 221-593 for the Patriots, while Jordan Holik added a 221-572.

Mike Boyce rolled a 217-589 to lead South Glens Falls, while Cooper Hanson posted a 205-581. Kevin Weatherwax added a 200-573 for the Bulldogs.

Broadalbin-Perth finished with a 3,325-3,286 advantage in total pins.
