HERKIMER – Ashley Mettler had seven aces, 12 kills, 12 assists and two digs, leading the Dolgeville volleyball team to a 3-0 win over Herkimer on Friday.
The Lady Blue Devils won the match, 25-9, 25-14, 25-15.
Emily Young had four aces, one kill, 14 assists and five digs for Dolgeville (10-5 overall, 7-0 CSC). Mike Rybas had four kills and six digs, while Chelsea Bennett had three aces, one kill and nine digs.
Caitlin Roorda had four kills and six digs for Herkimer (3-8 overall, 1-4 CSC). Jami Peters had an ace, four assists and four digs, while Natalie Schrader had one ace, seven kills and two digs.
