SARATOGA SPRINGS – Gloversville High School graduate Leanne Gendron Lofink has been named the varsity girls lacrosse coach by the Saratoga Springs School District.
Lofink, who teaches at Maple Avenue Middle School, has coached field hockey and lacrosse at Saratoga since 2002. Previously she coached soccer, field hockey, basketball and softball in Gloversville where she started her teaching career in 1998. The 1992 graduate of Gloversville played field hockey at SUNY Cortland where she graduated in 1996 and earned a master’s degree in special education from the College of St. Rose.
Lofink is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Gendron of Gloversville.
