Pierre LaPort was fourth in the shot put with a throw of 39-6 feet leading Broadalbin-Perth to a 10th-place finish at the Section II Division III championship meet Sunday at the University at Albany.
The Patriots finished with 10 points and Scotia-Glenville won the event with 76 points, edging second-place Ichabod Crane by one point.
The Patriots’ 3,200-meter relay team finished fourth in 9:26.75 and Michael Visco was fifth in the long jump, reaching 18-8.
The Lady Patriots were 11th in the girls meet with nine points as Anna Smith finished second in the shot put with a throw of 33-6.5.
Renee Bellinger was sixth in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 14:07.67.
Scotia-Glenville won the event with 85 points.
