Brandon LaForest added seven points for the Tigers (11-7 overall, 11-3 Colonial).
Will Turner scored 18 points to lead Fonda-Fultonville (7-11 overall, 5-9 Colonial), while Ryan Derby added nine.
On Monday, Jordan Gleason finished with 30 points, including six 3-pointers, as Watervliet posted a 74-44 win over Fonda-Fultonville on Monday.
Tyler McLeod scored 20 points for the Cannoneers (9-8 overall, 9-3 Colonial).
Turner scored 30 points to lead Fonda-Fultonville.
