Girls Tennis Roundup: AHS blanks Schoharie

SCHOHARIE – Amsterdam won all six singles matches and all three doubles contests to post a 9-0 win over Schoharie in a non-league girls tennis match Thursday.

Audrey Flint, Ella Dybas, Arizona Santiago, Caitlin Gannon, Gabby DiSalvi and Tessa Filiberto won singles matches for the Lady Rams (11-1 overall).

Molly Monge and Prabha Singh won at No. 1 doubles for Amsterdam, while Gianna Quatrini and Maddie Janetsky won at No. 2 doubles. Brooke Dado and Amber Richardson added a win at No. 3 doubles for the Lady Rams.

Caitlin Estes, Sam Montague, Abby August, Elizabeth Esker and Bryanna Farrell all won singles matches for the Lady Tartans (8-0 Foothills).

Alyssa Salamone and Laura Ciotoli won at No. 1 doubles for Scotia-Glenville, while Sam Rizzo and Victoria Carringi won at No. 2 doubles.

Johnstown slipped to 0-10 overall and 0-9 in Foothills Council play with the loss.
