HUDSON FALLS – Andre Taylor caught a touchdown pass and rushed for another score as Broadalbin-Perth rolled past Hudson Falls, 40-8, in a Class B West football game Saturday.
“We came out on top and that’s what’s important,” Broadalbin-Perth coach Jim Pelneau said. “I’m happy with how the guys played today.”
Luigi Magliocca had 75 yards on nine carries for the Patriots (3-0 overall, 3-0 Class B West), while Jake Coveney had an interception return for a touchdown.
Zach Morreale rushed for one touchdown and threw for another for B-P, which hosts Schalmont next Friday at 7 p.m.

Cambridge 26, Canajoharie 10
CAMBRIDGE- Chris Warnke rushed for a touchdown and caught two passes for 40 yards to lead Cambridge to a win over Canajoharie.
David Reedy scored on 4-yard run for Cambridge and caught a 14-yard touchdown pass from Ethan English. Caleb Rowland added a 13-yard touchdown run for the Indians (3-0 overall, 1-0 Class D South).
Warnke, Lucas Motsiff and Kiel Kyer each had a sack for the Indians, while Rowland had an interception.
Jordan Griswold opened the scoring for Canajoharie with a 23-yard field goal in the first quarter. Zach Folts added an 81-yard touchdown catch from Jace Fox in the fourth quarter for the Cougars (2-1 overall, 0-1 Class D South).
Fox finished 5-for-12 for 153 yards with a touchdown and an interception, while Folts finished with three catches for 112 yards and a touchdown. Folts also had two sacks for the Canjo defense.
Nathan Ferguson had 15 carries for 49 yards to lead the Canajoharie ground game, while Dillan Veeder had two catches for 41 yards.
Veeder and Tyler Belmonte each had a fumble recovery for the Cougars, while Mike Shariff had an interception.

DOLGEVILLE – Devin Coonradt rushed for 110 yards and a touchdown on seven carries to lead Dolgeville to a win over Cooperstown at Bill Bynon Field.
Kasey Foster added touchdown runs of 2 and 13 yards for the Blue Devils, while Jason Nastovski rushed for 64 yards and a touchdown on seven carries.
Reid Johnson threw two touchdown passes for the Blue Devils, completing an 11-yard touchdown toss to Brandon Lewandowski and a 58-yard TD pass to Johann Doerrer. Johnson finished the game 4-for-5 for 88 yards and two touchdowns.
Wayne Johnson added a 1-yard touchdown run for Dolgeville (3-0 overall, 3-0 Class D East).
Lucas Lyons scored the lone touchdown for Cooperstown (0-3 overall, 0-3 Class D East). Lyons finished with 64 yards on 17 carries for the Hawkeyes, while Joe Harmon had 94 yards on 14 carries.
