JOHNSTOWN – Chris Geleta shot a 3-over 39 to lead the Johnstown Sir Bills to a 175-187 victory over Gloversville in Foothills Council golf action Thursday at Fox Run Golf Course.
Ben Wager added a round of 44 to the Sir Bills’ score, while Richie Lee and Chris Renda both carded 46s.
Gloversville’s Josh Fonda earned medalist honors for the match with his 2-over 38. Kyle Johnston and Justin Putnam both shot 49, while Anthony Ponticello turned in a 50.

SCHENECTADY – Broadalbin-Perth’s Alex Bond earned medalist honors for the match with his round of 36.
The Tartans picked up the win in the match behind David Renko’s 37, Tyler Popp’s 39, Scott Stopera’s 39 and Dan Omicinski’s 40.
Rounding out the scoring for the Patriots (5-7 Foothills, 6-7 overall) were Brett Getman (39), Noah Scott (42) and Brent Bochenek (44).

Amsterdam 176, Bishop Gibbons 227
AMSTERDAM – The Amsterdam Rams wrapped up their Big 10 season with an 8-4 record after winning Thursday at Amsterdam Municipal Golf Course.
James Phelps led the Rams with his round of 41, while Andy Madej turned in a 43 and Jon LaBahn and Corey Tambasco both shot 46.
Daniel Jameson led NDBG with his 51, followed by Michael Mattice (57), Michael Belcher (59) and Victoria Maddaline (60).

Canajoharie 10, Schoharie 5
CANAJOHARIE – Michael Balfe shot a 46 to lead the Cougars to victory Thursday at Canajoharie Country Club.
He was joined in the victory by Buck Anderson’s 49, Ari Boslet’s 52 and Soren Hudyncia’s 53.
Schoharie was paced by Joe Polly’s 49, while Cole Chase shot 50, Darryl Silverlies 53 and Tyler Schoeffler 55.
