SCOTIA- The Johnstown Lady Bills opened their Foothills Council campaign with a 3-0 victory over Scotia-Glenville on game scores of 25-10, 25-14 and 25-23.
Annie Stock recorded 10 kills and two digs for Johnstown, while Hannah Breda had five kills. Alyssa Nellis delivered 14 points, two aces, two blocks and five digs and Jerica Holland added 15 assists and four digs.

Galway 3, Fort Plain 0
GALWAY – Rachel Jones delivered 15 points, three aces, eight kills and an block to lead the Golden Eagles to open their WAC schedule with a win over the Lady Hilltoppers on game scores of 25-11, 25-9 and 25-10.
Emily Zawisa added 11 kills, six points and an ace, while Britany Orminski had seven kills and five points for Galway (1-0 WAC, 1-0 overall).
Emily Orminski added 13 points, three aces, three kills and 19 assists, while Rachel Sherman contributed 11 points, eight aces and two kills and Adrianna Watrobski had five points, two kills, four assits and an ace.
Shawna Cotton paced Fort Plain (0-1, 0-1) with eight aces and a kill, while Brandy Waterls had a kill, Alexis Hagadorn three blocks and Emily Potter added five blocks.
Mayfield 3, OESJ 0
ST. JOHNSVILLE – Mayfield swept past Oppenheim-Ephratah/St. Johnsville in its Western Athletic conference fall volley debut on game scores of 25-9, 25-12 and 25-9.
Bailey Ward had four kills and a block for Mayfield (1-1), while Miranda Eagan had seven points, nine assits and a block. Kaylee Bumpus recorded four kills and two blocks while Ashley Madeiors added six points and three assists and Brianna Eagan served up eight points.
Kyleigh Hayner had three kills, six digs and an ace for the Wolves (0-1, 0-1), while Shelbey McCumber had five digs, an ace and a kill. Brittany Ambrosino contriburted a ace one dig, one kill and one assits while kendell Sweeney had six assists and a dig.

Fonda-Fultonville 3, Watervliet 0
WATERVLIET – Gianna Cruz had 14 service points and five aces for Fonda-Fultonville in a 3-0 victory over Watervliet in a Colonial Council volleyball match Tuesday.
Fonda-Fultonville won by scores of 25-13, 25-16 and 25-15.
Miranda Nethaway finished with six blocks and five kills for FFCS (1-0 overall, 1-0 Colonial).
