Kilmartin helps Morrisville to win

MORRISVILLE – Head coach Erin Skaradek collected her first post-season win Wednesday night, as host Morrisville State College women’s basketball topped visiting Wells College 70-60 in North Eastern Athletic Conference quarterfinal action.

Fort Plain graduate Haley Kilmartin finished with a game-high 23 points for Morrisville. She also had six rebounds an a steal for the Mustangs.

Morrisville State (19-7 overall) advances to face Lancaster Bible College (22-3 overall) in the semifinal round on Saturday at Lancaster Bible College. Tip-off is scheduled for 6 p.m.

Wells wraps up the season with a 16-10 overall record.

Kilmartin helps Morrisville to win

MORRISVILLE – The Morrisville State College women’s basketball team used a 22-6 third quarter to hand visiting Penn College of Technology a 72-50 North Eastern Athletic Conference on Saturday afternoon in Morrisville.

Morrisville State ups their record to 13-7 overall, 8-4 in conference action, while the Wildcats drop to 3-13, 3-11 in NEAC play.

Fort Plain graduate Haley Kilmartin had 24 points, seven rebounds and three assists for the Mustangs.
