FONDA – Gregorio Vichi scored all three goals to lead Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons to a 3-1 win over Fonda-Fultonville in a Western Athletic Conference boys soccer contest Friday.

Michael Gosh had an assist for the Golden Knights.

Stiven Florez scored the lone goal for Fonda-Fultonville (4-7-1 overall, 4-7-1 WAC).

Manny Santiago made five saves to earn the win in goal for Bishop Gibbons (7-2 WAC).

Mitch Araya made five saves for Fonda-Fultonville.

Middleburgh 1, Canajoharie 0

CANAJOHARIE – Franklin Adams scored the game’s lone goal to lift Middleburgh to a WAC victory over Canajoharie.

Will Bankston made six saves to post the shutout win in goal for the Knights, who improved to 3-7 in WAC play.

Mack Frank made seven saves for Canajoharie (4-8 overall, 1-8 WAC).

Minerva-Newcomb 6, Wells 3

OLMSTEDVILLE – Shane Hill netted a hat trick to lead Minerva-Newcomb to a win over Wells.

Alex Olmeda scored twice for the Mountaineers, while Oscar Martinez also scored.

Tre Zimmerman scored twice and had an assist for Wells, while Ty Earley also scored. Nick Dopp and Daniel O’Connor each had an assist for the Indians.

Caleb Winter made eight saves for Minerva-Newcomb (6-3-1 overall, 6-2-1 NSL), while Matthew Speece finished with 21 saves for Wells (1-7-1 overall, 1-7-1 NSL).
