JHS girls tennis loses to Greenwich

GREENWICH – Greenwich won all five singles matches and both doubles contests to post a 7-0 win over Johnstown in a Foothills Council girls tennis match Friday.

Amanda Thomas, Madelyn Brophy, Danielle McFee, Sarah Mueller and Jenna Hogan all won singles matches for the Witches.

Petra Heinimann and Amanda Ennis won at first doubles for Greenwich (2-10 overall, 2-10 Foothills), while Olivia Snell and Brooke smith won at second doubles.

Johnstown slipped to 0-12 overall and 0-12 in Foothills Council play.
