Gloversville sweeps South Glens Falls

JOHNSTOWN — Gloversville won all five singles matches and both doubles contests on its way to a 7-0 victory over South Glens Falls in a Foothills Council boys tennis match at Knox Field in Johnstown.

Damian Bruce. Brian Hugo, Nicholas Bruce, Cam Biche and Ryan Issa all won singles matches for the Huskies.

Nick Washburn and Devina Eberts won at first doubles for Gloversville (1-1 overall, 1-1 Foothills), while Kaden O’Shaughnessy and Rami Issa won at second doubles.

Gloversville is scheduled to travel to Amsterdam today for a 4 p.m. match.
