JHS boys lacrosse loses to Cambridge

CAMBRIDGE — Zack Rowland finished with four goals and five assists to power Cambridge to a 14-0 victory over Johnstown in a Wasaren League boys lacrosse game Tuesday.

It was the fourth straight loss for the Sir Bills, who slipped to 1-8 overall and 0-6 in Wasaren League play.

Cody Oldham scored three goals for the Indians, while Gabe Sgambettera had two goals and two assists. Jonas Butz (2 goals, 1 assists), Max Ratelle (2 goals) and Maxwell Hoffer (1 goal, 1 assists) also scored for Cambridge.

Christian Hunt made nine saves for Cambridge, while Zack Maxson made eight stops for Johnstown, which is scheduled to host Hoosick Falls on Friday at 7 p.m.
