JOHNSTOWN — Johnstown had 10 different players score on its way to a 19-10 victory over Cohoes in a non-league girls lacrosse game Tuesday at Knox Field.
Amber Tesi led the Lady Bills with four goals, while Abbie Hollister finished with four goals and two assists.
Maddie Etherton posted three goals and three assists for Johnstown, Kaitlyn Serpa had two goals and an assist, and Alley Queeney also scored twice. Emily Clizbe finished with a goal and two assists, while Mango Delgado, Paige Stewart and Sam Simon also scored. Rachel Lee added an assist for the Lady Bills.
Sam Dayter scored a game-high six goals for Cohoes, while Abby Monson, Emmy Monson, Ciara Blizinski and Emily Walker also scored.
Emily Wheelis and Mari-Anna Manchester combined to make 11 saves for Johnstown, while Rebecca Lefitus made 13 saves for Cohoes.
Johnstown (8-7 overall) now awaits the pairings for the Section II Class D Tournament, which will be announced today.
Scotia-Glenville 16, Amsterdam 3
SCOTIA — Lillian Murphy finished with six goals and an assist to lead Scotia-Glenville to a Foothills Council victory over Amsterdam.
Myah Hughes had three goals and three assists for the Lady Tartans, while Alexis Zatlokowicz and Sarah Sullivan each scored twice. Sage Plemenik added two goals and two assists for Scotia-Glenville and Sydney Obman scored once.
Lucia Liverio scored all three goals for Amsterdam (1-15 overall, 0-14 Foothills), while Victoria Barone-Lopez added an assist.
Kaitlyn Wilson made eight saves for Scotia-Glenville, while Paige Bertuch finished with 12 saves for Amsterdam.
