Caroga Creek draws 86-kart field

EPHRATAH — A beautiful day and cool evening greeted 86 karts to the ultra fast 1/5-mile clay kart track at Caroga Creek Speedway on Saturday night.

A total of 15 different classes were in action.

It was also the ninth event for track points as the 2017 season heads into the month of September and the completion of the very competitive points season.

Only three point events remain on the schedule before the 2017 champions are crowned. The month of September is loaded with different karting events. Caroga Creek Speedway will alert all karting teams and fans weekly updates via the A-Verdi Racing Bulletin Page that can be found in area media sources and the Caroga Creek Speedway Facebook page.
