AMSTERDAM — It was a big week for several former Amsterdam Mohawks.
Three players earned weekly honors from their respective conferences in Week 3 of the season.
Matt Gorski, a 2017 Mohawks outfielder who is playing for Indiana University, was named the Big 10 Player of the Week.
Brett Kinneman, a 2016 Mohawks outfielder and playing for North Carolina State, was named ACC Player of the Week for the second straight week. In Week 2, Kinneman also was named National Player of the Week.
Griffin Roberts, a 2016 Mohawks pitcher who is playing for Wake Forest, was named ACC Player of the Week.
In Week 2, Paul Milto, a 2016 Mohawks pitcher who is playing for Indiana University, was named Big 10 Pitcher of the Week.
