Weather wipes out most of local slate

Monday’s wet weather forced the postponement of nearly all scheduled high school athletic contests.

The Gloversville baseball team had its game at Glens Falls moved to today at 4:30 p.m., while the Gloversville at Scotia-Glenville softball game was postponed with no make-up date set.

The Johnstown girls softball team had its game at Amsterdam postponed with no make-up date set, while the Johnstown baseball team had its game at Hudson Falls moved to today at 4:30 p.m.

The Johnstown girls lacrosse team had its game at South Glens Falls moved to May 3 at 4:30 p.m.

The Broadalbin-Perth baseball team had its home game with Schuylerville moved to April 26 at 4:30 p.m., while the B-P softball team had its home game with Queensbury moved to April 24 at 4;30 p.m.

The Amsterdam at Gloversville boys tennis match was postponed with no make-up date set.

The Galway at Duanesburg softball game was postponed with no make-up date set.

The Dolgeville baseball team had its home game with Oriskany postponed to May 15 at 4:30 p.m., while the Dolgeville track and field team had its home meet with Adirondack moved to May 2 at 4:30 p.m.

The Amsterdam girls lacrosse team had its game at Queensbury postponed with no make-up date set., while the Amsterdam baseball team had its home game with South Glens Falls postponed to today at 4:30 p.m.

The Canajoharie baseball team had its home game with Fort Plain moved to April 24 at 4:30 p.m., while the Canajoharie softball team had its home game with Fort Plain postponed with no make-up date set.

The Fonda-Fultonville baseball team had its game at Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons moved to Thursday at 4:30 p.m., while the softball team had its game at Bishop Gibbons postponed with no make-up date set.

The Mayfield softball team had its home game with Maple Hill postponed with no make-up date set, while the Northville softball team had its home game with Oppenheim-Ephratah/St. Johnsville postponed with no make-up date set.

The Wells baseball and softball teams had their games at Johnsburg postponed with no make-up dates set.
