JOHNSTOWN — Gloversville won all five singles matches and both doubles contests on its way to a 7-0 victory over South Glens Falls in a Foothills Council boys tennis match Friday at Knox Field in Johnstown.
Damian Bruce, Ryan Issa, Marawan Abbas, Kaden O’Shaughnessy and Devina Eberts all won singles matches for the Huskies.
Feras Masri and Libby Ashe won at first doubles for Gloversville, while Alyssa Henley and Asher Lopresti won at second doubles.
South Glens Falls slipped to 0-14 overall and 0-14 in Foothills play with the loss.
Gloversville (9-5 overall, 9-5 Foothills) is scheduled to travel to Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake today for a Section II Class A quarterfinal match.
