Dolgevile places fourth at tourney

DOLGEVILLE — Host Dolgeville finished fourth in the team standings Saturday at the Center State Conference Tournament.

Canastota won the team title with 189 points, while Adirondack was second with 159.5 points. Morrisville-Eaton was third with 155.5 points, Dolgevile was fourth with 135 points and Holland Patent was fifth with 110.5 points.

Jacob Null won the 160-pound title for the Blue Devils, pinning Holland Patent’s Jacob Sibley in 41 seconds in the finals.

John Monk (220 pounds) was second for Dolgeville, losing a 16-2 major decision to Holland Patent’s Hunter Tarbania in the finals.

Nathen Randall (99) and Treay Jaquay (120) finished third for the Blue Devils, while Dylan Randall (195) placed fourth. Bradley Lamphere (126), Cameron Jackson (132) and John Talbot (145) all finished fifth for Dolgeville, and Ethan Randall (170) was sixth.
