JOHNSTOWN — The Johnstown Purple and Gold Booster Club received an $11,000 donation from Dick’s Sporting Goods Sports Matter Foundation during a presentation Monday at Crossgates Mall in Albany. Johnstown’s Save Our Sports effort continues to look to reach its $311,000 goal to fund all of its athletic teams for the 2019-20 school year.
The fundraising effort was at $205,022 through Tuesday.
