AHS girls tennis loses to South High

SOUTH GLENS FALLS — South Glens Falls won three of five singles contests and both doubles matches to post a 5-2 victory over Amsterdam in a Foothills Council girls tennis match Wednesday.

Molly Killeen, Kristen Wright and Grace Alhiem all won singles matches for the Bulldogs.

Jessica Freiberger and Anna Patel won at first doubles for South Glens Falls (6-3 overall, 6-3 Foothills), while Emily Deuel and Lila DeLuke won at second doubles.

Natalie Flint and Emily Brittain won singles matches for Amsterdam (4-6 overall, 3-6 Foothills).

The Lady Rams are scheduled to host Greenwich on Friday at 4 p.m.
