CANAJOHARIE — Four golfers shared medalist honors in Thursday’s Western Athletic Conference match between Fort Plain and Fonda-Fultonville at the Canajoharie Country Club.
Taylor Gifford and Evan Crouse shot rounds of 40 and 47 respectively for Fort play, while Fonda-Fultonville’s Colin Kowalski and Max Shirley matched them to share the honors.
Cayden Egelston also carded a 47 for the Braves, while Noah Moran had a 49 to help Fonda-Fultonville win total 183-200 and the match 13-2.
Seth Rinkowich carded a 53 for fort Plain while Luke Doxtater added a 60. Troy Butler finished with a round of 61 and Rob Rogers shot 62 for the Hilltoppers.
Alex Saltsman finished with a 48 for Fonda-Fultonville and Gabe Mormile added a round of 51 for Fonda-Fultonville.
