COBLESKILL — The SUNY Cobleskill women’s volleyball returned home to the Iorio Gymnasium on Tuesday evening to lose a hard fought decision to the visiting Gators of Sage College 3-1 by scores of 25-16, 25-15, 22-25 and 25-22.
With the loss, the Fighting Tigers are now 5-6 overall on the year while the Gators are now 2-13 overall on the season.
Graduate student middle hitter Miranda Nethaway (Fonda-Fultonville) finished the evening with 14 kills, five digs, four total blocks and three assists.
Megan Ryder (Broadalbin-Perth) had seven kills and 22 digs on the night for Sage.
