ROCHESTER, Minn. — Andie Gannon led five players in double figures with 24 points and grabbed 13 rebounds as Fulton-Montgomery rallied to beat Community College of Rhode Island 88-81 in the consolation round of the NJCAA Division III women’s basketball tournament on Friday.
FMCC trailed 69-54 after three quarters. The Lady Raiders outscored CC Rhode Island 34-12 in the fourth quarter.
Makenzie Smith had 18 points and 18 rebounds for FMCC. Kiya Marquez scored 16 scored points, and Abigail Lombardoni and Sarah Emanuel-Norwood each had 14 points.
FMCC faces Anoka-Ramsey in the fifth-place game at 1 p.m. Saturday.
