Coaching class offered in May

GUILDERLAND — One of the courses required to coach in New York state high schools will be offered. The principles, philosophy and organization of high school athletics course will take place May 22 and 23 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both days. COBLESKILL — The SUNY Cobleskill men’s lacrosse team will open their first season of membership in the North Atlantic Conference (NAC) ranked fourth in the conference’s season opening Western Division Pre-Season Poll. Gloversville-Mayfield places second at Foothills Council Championships

By PAUL WAGER The Leader-Herald The Gloversville-Mayfield and Fonda-Johnstown swim teams recently competed in the Foothills Council Championships. The meet was contested virtually with all of the teams swimming in their home pools. The results were combined March 12 after all schools completed their swims.
