AMSTERDAM – The Amsterdam Girls Softball Association will host its sign up sessions for its 2013 Summer Recreational League.
The league is open to all girls ages 7 through 18 residing in either Montgomery or Fulton county.
Sign-ups will take place Saturday as well as Feb. 9 from 9 to 11:30 a.m. at City Hall.
Additional sign-ups will take place at Bacon School during basketball games Feb. 5 and 7 from 6:15 to 7:30 p.m.
There also will be a sign-up session at Bacon School on Feb. 9 from 10 to 11:15 a.m.
The registration fee will be $55 for one child, $85 for two children and $115 for three or more children. All registrants will receive a $10 book of raffle ticket for the league’s annual prize drawing.
The league will accept applications if post marked by March 1 when mailed to: AGSA, P.O. Box 374, Amsterdam, NY 12010.
