AMSTERDAM – All members of the Northville Edinburg Little League have been invited to spend a “Night with the Mohawks” on Tuesday.
Starting at 5:15 p.m., players from the Amsterdam Mohawks of the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League will provide instruction to all members of NELL, followed by a scrimmage at 6 p.m. for about 20 minutes. Prior to their game with the Albany Dutchmen (6:35 p.m. start time), all members of NELL in attendance will be announced and walk out onto the field alongside the Mohawks during player introductions.
As they walk off the field, each player will be given a certificate for a free hot dog and drink.
Northville Edinburg Little League members are asked to wear their uniform and they will get in for free. All family members accompanying them will get in for half price, which will be $2 for adults and $1 for kids.
The Amsterdam Mohawks play at Shuttleworth Park, which is located at 65 Cresent Ave. in Amsterdam.
