Gloversville to host field hockey clinic

GLOVERSVILLE — The Gloversville field hockey program will host a summer clinch on Tuesdays and Thursdays from July 6 to Aug. 10.

The clinic is open to third- through six-graders and will take place from 6 to 7 p.m. at Gloversville Middle School.

Registration will take place the first night on July 6.

The cost will be $15 per child and includes a pinnie.

Sticks and balls will be provided.

Participants will learn the basic skills of field hockey.

Participants will need to bring water, a mouth guard, and shin guards.
