AMSTERDAM — On Feb. 3 at Saint Mary’s Institute in Amsterdam, another class of Hall of Famers will be inducted into the Amsterdam Mohawks/Amsterdam Baseball Hall of Fame.
While the Hall inductees won’t be announced until December, former NL MVP and Home Run Champion George Foster has been booked to headline the evening as the Keynote Speaker. Foster will undoubtedly have some great stories and answers after playing on the Cincinnati Reds’ ‘Big Red Machine’ teams that included stars and Hall of Famers like Johnny Bench, Pete Rose, Tony Perez, Dave Concepcion, Ken Griffey Sr. and Joe Morgan.
