SARATOGA SPRINGS — Scot Trifilo got into growing cannabis with the hopes of having places he could sell his product, but like many farmers he’s been left with storage rooms full of marijuana he’s harvested as the state’s rollout of dispensaries was slow and now halted by a lawsuit.
