The state Board of Elections (BOE) said there have been reports of people across multiple counties throughout the state that have been going door-to-door while impersonating county Board of Elections staff.The state BOE said the impersonators are confronting voters about their registration status and falsely accusing voters of committing a crime because of how they appear in the state voter database. “We are extremely alarmed by these actions. ALBANY — A state appellate court on Thursday ruled that New York’s redistricting commission should redraw congressional lines ahead of the 2024 election, a victory for the state Democratic Party.
