After flash floods in the Hudson Valley last weekend caused Amtrak and MTA Metro-North Railroad to suspend services, regularly scheduled train service is expected to resume Wednesday. Some Metro-North train services were restored Tuesday morning, but Amtrak continued to suspend its train services from Albany to New York City following the severe flooding. A spokesman for Amtrak confirmed Tuesday afternoon that train service is expected to be back to scheduled operations on Wednesday . Gov.
