Fort Plain, a Scholar-Athlete ‘School of Excellence,’ hosts sports award ceremony

FORT PLAIN -- The Fort Plain Central School District recently hosted its annual athletic awards ceremony in the Junior-Senior High School auditorium. Fort Plain Central School qualified as a NYSPHSAA Scholar-Athlete “School of Excellence” after having 16 out of 17 of its varsity teams having at least a 90 percent average.
