JOHNSTOWN — Three Fulton County correctional officers have been arrested and face possible termination over allegations they held down an inmate and shaved off part of the inmate's eyebrow, Fulton County Sheriff's officials said Monday. Officials identified the three officers as Mathew Spraker, Mathew Smith and Stephen Swart. All three are listed as from the town of Johnstown. Ages were unavailable.
