TOWN OF JOHNSTOWN - A Mayfield woman who was killed in an early Saturday crash in the town of Johnstown was a third-grade teacher in the Mayfield school district, according to Fulton County Sheriff's officials and the school district. Her husband, the driver of the car in which she was a passenger, suffered serious injuries and the driver of a second car involved was also injured, officials said. FULTON COUNTY - Three passing motorists pulled a man from his burning truck after a crash Thursday afternoon, Fulton County Sheriff's officials said. The rescued man, identified as Anthony Zambella, 36, of the town of Johnstown, was taken by GAVAC ambulance to Albany Medical Center, where he was stabilized overnight and underwent surgery Friday, officials said.
