David Halloran, superintendent of Gloversville Enlarged School District, was the district’s top earner for the 2022-23 school year. His earnings amount to $189,932, a $3,024 jump from his base salary of $186,908, according to data provided by the district through a Freedom of Information Law Request. The additional $3,024 for Halloran comes from unused vacation time, he said. In total, $245,486 were budgeted for the position, including benefits.
