TOWN OF JOHNSTOWN — Fulton-Montgomery Community College will receive an increase in county funding for the first time in five years.The $17.1 million budget for the upcoming academic year includes $1,645,821 in funding from Montgomery and Fulton counties — 20% of the pie.
