GLOVERSVILLE - Three-thousand honey bees arrived this week at Park Terrace Elementary as part of The Bee Cause Project. Some students got their first look Thursday. Gloversville High principal DeMallie leaving to become superintendent; Hired by Fort Edward schools

GLOVERSVILLE – Principal Richard DeMallie, who has been with the Gloversville Enlarged School District for 21 years, will be leaving at the end of the school year to become the superintendent of a district in Washington County. The Fort Edward Union Free School District Board of Education plans to announce its appointment of DeMallie on Wednesday, according to a Washington-Saratoga-Warren-Hamilton-Essex (WSWHE) BOCES press release.
